Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
    Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  • Read publication ethics first.
  • Download template here. Manuscript must be written based on it.
  • Please register or login (if you already have an account).
  • Submit your manuscript by clicking “make submission” menu on the top rightof the page.
  • You will get a notification that your manuscript submitted successfully. 
  • You will get the notification that your article is (1) accepted,(2) accepted with revision, or (3) rejected. (it will take about 1 month).
  • The revised manuscript should be returned not later than 3 weeks (for the accepted with revision manuscript).
  • You will get letter of acceptance publication right after we decide that your article is ready to be published.
  • If this paper is accepted for publication, you must to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs.
