Perencanaan Strategis Universitas dan Penerapan Keterampilan Technopreneurship kepada Mahasiswa
Abstract
Revolusi Industri Keempat telah membuka era di mana technopreneurship berperan penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Universitas dipandang sebagai saluran penting untuk menanamkan keterampilan technopreneurship kepada mahasiswa dan hal ini harus tercermin dalam rencana strategis universitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara perencanaan strategis universitas dan penanaman keterampilan technopreneurship pada sains di Indonesia. Secara metodologis, penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan integratif dalam meninjau, mengkritik, dan mensintesis literatur ilmiah tentang hubungan antara perencanaan strategis dan penanaman keterampilan technopreneurship di universitas. Penelitian ini berargumen bahwa perencanaan strategis berdampak pada transfer keterampilan technopreneurship kepada mahasiswa. Rencana strategis universitas menentukan arah masa depannya, memberikan dasar yang koheren untuk pengambilan keputusan, dan menetapkan prioritas. Oleh karena itu, hal ini mempengaruhi pengadaan dan alokasi sumber daya, mata kuliah yang akan diajarkan dan pendekatan pedagogi yang harus diadopsi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap pengetahuan dengan menyarankan bahwa perencanaan strategis di universitas harus mencakup teknologi dan kewirausahaan dalam visi, misi, dan tujuan strategis.
