Optimalisasi Peran Komunikasi dan Pengasuhan Wali Murid melalui Bimbingan dan Konseling untuk Kesejahteraan Psikologis Peserta Didik di TK Darussalam
Abstract
Masa Taman Kanak-kanak (TK) merupakan fase perkembangan krusial yang membentuk fondasi keterampilan kognitif, emosional, dan sosial anak. Peran wali murid menjadi sentral dalam menyediakan dukungan psikologis yang konsisten di rumah dan bersinergi dengan lingkungan sekolah. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan peran wali murid melalui pelatihan Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) berbasis nilai untuk mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis anak. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di TK Darussalam dengan pendekatan participatory action, meliputi seminar psikoedukasi, workshop keterampilan BK, simulasi kasus, dan pendampingan terstruktur. Sebanyak 45 wali murid mengikuti program dan dievaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor literasi psikologis sebesar 40,9% dan keterampilan penerapan teknik BK sebesar 81% dari total peserta. Observasi guru mencatat penurunan perilaku tantrum serta peningkatan keterampilan sosial anak dalam 4 minggu pasca-program. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi teknik BK berbasis nilai mampu memperkuat kapasitas wali murid dalam membangun interaksi yang empatik, suportif, dan sejalan dengan prinsip perkembangan anak usia dini. Program serupa direkomendasikan untuk diintegrasikan dalam kurikulum parenting sekolah secara berkelanjutan guna memperluas dampak positif pada perkembangan anak.
